Yes.
You have full access to the plan you selected for 7 days. For free. You can cancel your subscription or update it at any point during the trial. Once the trial is over we charge you based on your plan.
We run random tests to make sure your credit card has funds. These tests “hold” a small amount to make sure it’s backed. Some banks call the “hold” action a “charge and refund”. So you might see a charge from us followed by an immediate refund on your bank records. Upword only charges your credit card after the full 7-day trial is over.
Yes. Once you select your plan (Pro or Unlimited) you will enter your credit card to start your 7-day free trial. Upword only charges after your full 7-day trial.
Upword offers a free plan called Basic. The plan is very limited and you can’t start with it, only downgrade from one of the other two plans to have it. In addition, we also offer a free browser extension (you don’t even need an account to download and use it).
We offer three plans: Basic, Pro, and Unlimited. You can start your free 7-day trial with either the Pro or Unlimited plan. After your trial, you can downgrade to the Basic plan as well. The unlimited plan is $24/month (paid annually) with all our features open and most of them unlimited to use. The Pro plan is $15/month (paid annually) with all our features open but limited. The Basic plan is free but very limited.
